WEBINAR: Connecting content and translation systems quickly and make more profit

Klaus Fleischmann is a man on a mission to help the language industry to become more productive and make more money.

Klaus Fleischman, who founded Kaleidoscope GmbH as a software and process consulting company, will be revealing how to go about connecting content and translations systems during the EUATC’s October webinar taking place on Thursday, 8th October at 16:00 hours CEST.

“Exchanging content between systems like Web CMS, ERP, PIM, etc. and the translation world can be quite a hassle, and is, above all, time-consuming and error prone,” he says, “Project managers know this only too well, and especially fear the technical hurdles and many manual steps associated with these tedious exchange processes.”

During the webinar Klaus will demonstrate how to benefit from new standards and how to connect almost any content with the translation world ‘auto-magically’.

The hour-long webinar will show:

  • Different approaches to interfaces and connectors
  • Must-haves and nice-to-haves for interfaces and connectors
  • A few examples with well-known CMSs like AEM or WordPress but also home-grown ERP systems and other workflows
  • How standards can help, such as the German COTI Standard or the GALA initiative “Translation API Cases and Classes” (TAPICC), a collaborative, community-driven, open-source project to advance API standards for multilingual content delivery
