PM training course launched by ATC and Elia

EUATC's UK member, the Association of Translation Companies (ATC) has teamed up with the European Language Industry Association (Elia) to launch a new Project Manager training course.

Elia and the EUATC’s UK member the Association of Translation Companies (ATC) new Project Manager training course has been launched with the aim supporting LSCs save time and train recruits.

This collaborative effort has resulted in an original training course and certification scheme for new project managers with remote, online learning and over 50 hours of videos, lessons and quizzes to ensure freshly recruited PMs are prepared for the workplace.

The course is designed to introduce new employees to world of project management and save LSC owners days of induction time in onboarding.

Commenting the ATC’s CEO Raisa McNab said:

“While recruits may need to be shown the ropes of the industry or need a refresher on the key points to be a successful project manager, once they complete the course and hear from our 22 specially chosen industry experts, they’ll be up to scratch and fit for the job in no time!

“We want to offer the very best training and be realistic – that’s why we’re offering Elia and ATC members a 30% discount giving them access to the 90 day course for just €500.”

A number of leading EUATC Network members are among the industry experts lined up by the ATC and Elia collaborative effort including Rasa Stalnionytė, Operations Manager at Diskusija (Lithuania); Anja Jones, AJT (UK); Luciano Lykkebo, VERBA Translation (Denmark); Anita Wilson and Klaus Fleischmann, Eurocom (Austria)

A certificate is provided upon completion of the course providing PMs an expanded professional toolset and recognition as Elia and the ATC certified.
