According to Association for Machine Translation in the Americas (AMTA) the summit brings together the American, Asian-Pacific, and European branches of the International Association for Machine Translation (IUA), creating an invaluable opportunity to discuss the issues of the day with a truly global gathering of MT researchers, developers, providers, and users.
The event will bring together over 50 speakers, including six keynote speakers and will showcase more than 20 technologies.
