Trisha Kovacic-Young, President of the Austrian Association of Translation Companies and chair of the Meet Central Europe content committee said: “We are encouraging people to submit case studies if possible. Also, in line with our general approach, we will not to include any direct or indirect sales activity or reference in presentations – feedback from the first two Meet Central Europe conferences tells us that this is a complete ‘turn-off’ for delegates!”
The four national association members of the EUATC that are jointly organising the conference are the Austrian Association of Translation Companies (AATC), the Association of Czech Translation Agencies (ACTA), the Hungarian Association of Professional Language Service Providers (Proford) and Association of Translation Companies of Slovakia (ATC SK). The inaugural event was supported by a grant from the EUATC.
The strcit deadline to make a submission is Thursday, April 2, 2020.
