Following the adoption of new Customer Innovation and Account Management strategies in 2018, the EUATC Network member, based in Bristol, has since taken on six new members of staff. The team now includes a Translation Technology Manager and a US Senior Growth Advisor, who is facilitating the expansion of the agency’s presence in North America and Canada to better cater to a growing global client base.
‘This growth shows that global research firms continue to benefit from the incomparable results that come from working with a highly-specialised translation partner, especially during times of political and economic disruption,’ comments Ruth Partington, Founder and CEO of RP Translate. ‘Thanks to partnering closely with clients, and dedicating our services exclusively to the Insight Industry, we have been able to establish innovative language solutions that continually ensure highly accurate and actionable global insights.’
Since its beginnings in 1997, RP Translate has created unique language services through cutting-edge uses of existing technology, such as its Multimarket Management System™ that earned the agency a place as Market Research Society Operations Awards 2019 finalists in the Best Support Services category*.
Its management team have long recognised the crucial role technology plays in the success of global research and have just concluded a successful funding round for further IT developments in order to meet future growth targets and continue contributing to raising the quality of global insight.
‘As a Director of RP, I have a clear vision for the future of multilingual research,’ adds Partington, who is also Chair EUATC founding members, the Association of Translation Companies. ‘I am immensely grateful for the loyalty of our clients and the dedication of both our internal and external teams, who are helping to make it a reality.’
