Everything is Peachey at EMPOWER

UK-based EUATC Network member EMPOWER Translate, has appointed Dan Peachey as Managing Director. He will be working alongside EMPOWER Translate’s Chief Executive Officer, Ruth Partington, and Chief Commercial Officer, John Temple, to implement the company’s strategic vision and manage a growing team of in-house staff, as well as partnerships with freelance linguists and fellow LSPs.

Dan Peachey previously spent 20 years at Fareham-based translation agency Intonation Ltd., providing language services to a range of industries. Commercial Director from 2014 and Managing Director from 2018 at EUATC Network member Intonation, Peachey oversaw three company acquisitions and 500% increase in company turnover. Within the translation industry, Peachey has also served as UK-based Chair of Eulogia, the European Alliance of Translation Companies, and as Vice-Chair of the UK’s Association of Translation Companies.
