Commenting, Heike Leinhäuser, President of the EUATC said: “After 15 years of producing the EUATC’s annual conference with only minor tweaks to its format, the board felt it was right to take a step back and examine the event’s structure and purpose. We have started the conversation within the wider EUATC family, as we are committed to broadening the conversation and getting the format absolutely right before we go public on our plans.
“I am convinced that people will be pleased with the new look T-UPDATE. After all, to a great extent the impetus to redesign the event follows an in-depth analysis of feedback we have received over the last five years. Following that exercise carrying on constructing an event using the same format was simply not an option. This year’s sabbatical will allow us the space to get it right and return with T-UPDATE in 2021.”
