According to Rudy Tirry, ELIS head of research, “Provided responses from individual countries that took part in the original ELIS survey meet a specific threshold, developing a national report, that is statistically reliable, is entirely possible.”
So far, three of the EUATC members, France’s CNET. Portugal’s APET and Germany’s QSD have commissioned national reports. The French report will be presented at it annual conference on 13th June taking place in Paris.
