Head of ELIS research, Rudy Tirry, (pictured) says that not only has the march of MT continued, early results are showing considerable structural change taking place in the language industry with a mix of responses to it.
He went on to emphasise that these are only preliminary results and that the picture may change once the survey portal closes for responses at midnight CET on Friday, 31st March.
Those completing the questionnaire, which has the choice of five pathways, can register their interest in attending the European Commission-backed Translation Europe Workshop (TEW) when the full results will be unveiled by Tirry, FIT Europe‘s John O’Shea and EMT‘s Alexandra Krause with an expert panel of representatives from the ELIS partners* providing their commentary
