Now more than ever, Language Service Providers need a competitive advantage. One area that has a great has a great deal of potential for this is the relationship between sales and project management.

Too often PMO teams feel that sales doesn’t understand delivery constraints, they make promises that are impossible to keep or they’re only interested in getting their commissions. Conversely, sales people tend to feel that PMO is too process-bound, they are too inflexible and don’t understand client needs or the competitive nature of winning new customers. Both sales and PMO can forget they are on the same team!

Both perspectives are needed for an LSP to do well, but true collaboration is what propels an LSP forward with new, more competitive solutions that both attract new and retain existing clients, growing revenue and profitability.

This webinar guides sales, PMO and LSP leadership participants through exercises and breakouts to gain a first-hand understanding of what your counterparts (or employees) face and to foster communication across the two functions to develop better customer solutions and relationships.
